About Dusti

Dusti Stark is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and business owner of Extending Grace Consulting, in Jacksonville, TX. Her focus at Portland State University’s School of Social Work was direct human services with a specialty in working with children and families. She graduated with honors in 2010, after which she was accepted into the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) and Portland State University’s child welfare partnership. Dusti has been a Caseworker at the ODHS, and has been a foster and adoptive parent for over 16 years. 

Dusti has a part-time private practice in which she provides counseling, coaching and consulting services. She is the Director of Education at Fostering Bridges. She works in the community, teaching classes and leading groups. Dusti lives with her husband, Duane Stark, and eight children on their small farm. She works closely with her husband, a Pastor, and former State Representative.
